The Expert Guidance You Need.

Path gives freelancers & entrepreneurs the tools to succeed.

Why We Built Path

In 2020, 59 million Americans engaged in freelance work. That makes up 36% of the total workforce in the U.S. (Source: Freelance Forward 2020). Despite this being such a large and influential workforce, we still lack the right resources to help people start and operate their businesses.

While people spend years in school or in their jobs building valuable expertise, many don’t get the training they need to manage the legal and financial parts of a growing business. For most freelancers, there’s no HR or legal team to call when you need help.

That’s why we created Path. We wanted to help people learn the skills they need to grow their business. Our team is made up of a lawyer and a financial analyst who both regularly advise all types of business owners and entrepreneurs, and a former freelance developer who oversees Path’s product development and design.

Our goal is to provide you with the most relevant content in a variety of formats, and continually improve on Path’s features. The only way we can do that is with your feedback, so please reach out to us any time with comments, questions, or suggestions at We’d love to hear from you.

Thanks for your continued support!
